Santorini is a Greek island in the Cyclades archipelago, located about 140 km (87 mi) southeast from Greece’s mainland. The island is also known as Thira or Santorini and it’s one of the most popular destinations for couples in Europe.

It’s a volcanic island with a unique landscape. Santorini has been named as one of the most romantic places on earth by many travel magazines like Forbes Travel Guide, TripAdvisor, Lonely Planet and Conde Nast Traveller among others!

The beaches are beautiful but there are many other reasons why you should visit this place:

  • You can spend your days sightseeing around Fira town or exploring Akrotiri archaeological site where you can see ruins from an ancient Minoan civilization.
  • If you want to relax during your stay then take advantage of Santo Wines tours that offer wine tasting tours through all major wineries around Santorini island with an option to take some lessons at each winery if you prefer learning more about Greek wines!

Milos is the perfect destination for couples who want to be active together. The island has over 800 square kilometers of land, and there are plenty of activities to keep you both busy. Whether you’re looking for a hike that’ll burn some calories or a dive that’ll take your breath away, Milos has it all.

The hiking trails around Milos are varied and plentiful—from easy strolls to challenging climbs—and so is the scenery: from tall cliffs and green hillsides to white beaches and turquoise waters. And when you’re done exploring on foot, don’t forget about sailing around or snorkeling in some local waters!

Nafplio is a beautiful town with a lot of history and historical buildings. It’s a great place to explore. There are also some beaches nearby that you can check out if you’re looking for some sun and sand.
