If you’re a Phlebotomist on the go, take some advice from your travels. Here are some tips to help you keep your body healthy while on the go:

  • First, be aware of the best ways to eat food while on the go and between meals. Make sure to keep a food journal to track your food and supplement choices while on the go.
  • Second, invest in a travel-sized travel-when-you-need device such as the infant formula/juice dispenser. This way, you’ll never need to carry a water bottle or other travel-sized container with you.
  • Finally, pack some essentials such as a Wallet, portable battery, first aid kit, camera, etc.. These items can help you stay connected with your loved ones and avoid preventative health problems on your long trip.
